General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Bivouac Atlas Website and Application
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or mobile application.
By using our services, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the website or application.
Introduction
1.1.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the user (customer or visitor) and our ecotourism project located in Ait Bouguemez, Azilal Province, Morocco.
1.2.
All services provided through the website or application relate to eco-lodge experiences, mountain tours, tour guides, and direct bookings.
1.3.
Our goal is to provide a unique and environmentally friendly experience in the heart of nature, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety.
Definitions
2.1.
“We” or “Company” refers to the management of the Bivouac Atlas project.
2.2.
“User” refers to any natural or legal person using the website or application for the purpose of booking, inquiring, or browsing.
2.3.
“Service”: includes accommodation, tourist activities, guidance, and information displayed on the platform.
Reservations and Payment
3.1.
All reservations are confirmed via the reservation form within the application or website.
3.2.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are updated periodically.
3.3.
Prices include:
Accommodation in cabins or tents of your choice
Complimentary breakfast
Internet access (in specific areas)
Participation in specific activities according to the package
3.4.
Completing the reservation form is not final confirmation until a confirmation message is received via email or the application.
3.5.
The project reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is incomplete or contains incorrect information.
3.6.
The user is obligated to provide accurate information during the reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1.
The user may cancel the reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date with a full refund.
4.2.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
4.3.
In the event of a no-show, the user is not entitled to any refund.
4.4.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, within a maximum of 10 business days.
Privacy and Data Policy
5.1.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of user information.
5.2.
The information you provide is used only for reservation, communication, and service improvement purposes.
5.3.
We do not share your data with any third party without your prior consent.
5.4.
You may request the modification or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Conditions Related to Accommodation
6.1.
Accommodation Types:
“Amanay Hut” ($40): Single hut with luxury features
“Timgarine Hut” ($50): Family hut with three beds
 “Taghoust Tent” ($25): Double tent with a natural view
 “Assif Tent” ($35): Group hut with three beds
6.2.
The number of accommodation units is limited, and reservations are subject to availability.
6.3.
Smoking is prohibited within the accommodation.
6.4.
Pets are currently not permitted.
6.5.
Guests are requested to respect the surrounding tranquility after 10:00 PM.
Accommodation Activities and Services
7.1.
Users can choose additional activities upon booking or directly on-site, such as:
Mountain Hiking ($15)
Horseback Riding ($20)
Amazigh Cooking ($30)
Pottery Workshops ($15)
Mountain Meditation ($10)
Traditional Market Tour ($20)
7.2.
Activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.
7.3.
Users must adhere to the safety instructions provided by the guides.
Tour Guides
8.1.
The project employs a select group of qualified and certified guides:
Al Hassan Dhaghi: Experienced guide with over 15 years of experience
Omar Ait Al Hassan: Family and nature tour specialist
Abdel Samad Ait Bouha: Hiking and camping guide
8.2.
All guides receive regular training in guiding and rescue.
8.3.
Users are allowed to choose their preferred guide, subject to availability.
Proper Use of the Website and Application
9.1.
The Website and Application must be used only for legitimate tourism and reservation purposes.
9.2.
It is prohibited to collect or reuse content or images for commercial purposes without written permission.
9.3.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates the Terms or engages in misuse.
Liabilities and Limitations of Warranty
10.1.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the Website or Application.
10.2.
We are not responsible for weather changes or natural disasters that may affect the activity.
10.3.
We are committed to providing necessary assistance in emergency situations on site.
Intellectual Property
11.1.
All texts, images, designs, and trademarks are the property of the Project and may not be copied.
11.2.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Project’s name or logo for marketing purposes outside the scope of the approved partnership.
Amendments to the Terms
12.1.
The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
12.2.
The update will take effect immediately upon posting on the website or application, and users should review it periodically.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1.
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Morocco.
13.2.
In the event of a dispute, it shall be referred to the competent court in the Azilal region.
